Realme recently launched at least three C-series smartphones in India. The Chinese phone is now all set to introduce another phone in the Indian market. Dubbed as Realme 8 5G, the handset has been teased online via Flipkart ahead of its unveiling, which is slated for April 16, 2021. Moreover, a dedicated page of the Realme 5G phone is now live on Flipkart which says Coming . The listing mentions that the handset will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G SoC. It also mentions that the Realme 8 5G will be the first phone with a Dimensity 700 5G SoC in India.

If the recent reports are to be considered, the Realme 8 5G was spotted online through a Geekbench listing, which revealed that it would be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. The chipset will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and the smartphone will run on Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0. It will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery.

San Francisco: After less than two months of going bullish on Bitcoin, Tesla on Thursday applied brakes on the popular cryptocurrency as a payment mode to buy its electric vehicles, citing environmental harm. Musk said that the electric car maker will not sell any bitcoin and intends to use bitcoin for transactions as soon as mining moves to more sustainable energy. Tesla’s Supercharger Network Achieves 25,000 Milestone: Report.

“We are also looking at other cryptocurrencies that use <1 percent of bitcoin's energy/transaction," Musk said in a tweet. "Cryptocurrency is a good idea on many levels and we believe it has a promising future, but this cannot come at great cost to the environment," Musk said in a statement.

Asus, the Taiwanese smartphone maker officially launched its ZenFone 8 Series in Europe and Taiwan. ZenFone 8 Series consists of ZenFone 8 and ZenFone 8 Flip devices. Asus ZenFone 8 is priced at EUR 670 (approximately Rs 59,600) for the base model but it will be made available at an introductory price of EUR 600 (Rs 53,400).
