“Mumbai is not anybody’s inheritance. Anybody can go there. Actions must be taken against people allegedly threatening her. You cannot stop anybody from speaking the truth. The candle brigades hit the road on every issue. Why are they quiet on this? Why aren’t they returning their medals in support of Ranaut, who is being stopped from telling truths?,” Vij asked.

Earlier on Thursday, the actress took to Twitter claiming, “Sanjay Raut, Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai. After Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir?”

“After a major star has been killed I spoke about drug and movie mafia racket, I don’t trust because they ignored SSR’s complaints. He told everyone they will kill him yet he was killed. If I feel unsafe, does that mean I hate the industry and Mumbai?” she said in another tweet.

Hitting back at Ranaut, Raut accused her of lying and said, “Mumbai gave a lot to Kangana and she is now working to the name of Mumbai and Mumbai Police all over the world.”

Actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Mumbai residence on June 14.

Sunny Leone Birthday Special: From Aahat to Mega Scorpions, 4 ‘Scream Queen’ Movie Appearances of the Diva You Surely Missed! (LatestLY Exclusive)

The incredibly beautiful Leone is an actress, a philanthropist, a working mother, and a movie producer. She started her career an actress in porn industry, and then thanks to a stint in a season of Bigg Boss, Sunny, originally named Karenjit Kaur Vohra, found mainstream acceptance in Bollywood, getting to play the main lead in Pooja Bhatt’s Jism 2. The movie was a big success, and Sunny Leone went on to deliver a bigger hit in Ragini MMS 2. Sunny Leone Birthday Special: These Cute Family Pictures Of the Actress With , Nisha, Noah and Asher Are Frame-worthy!

Now you might remember Ragini MMS 2 for the “Baby Doll” song and its horrex (“horror+sex”) formula. This was also Sunny Leone’s first horror film, thus making her a legit Scream Queen, later appearing as a cameo in the sequel series Ragini MMS Returns. But this franchise is not her only horror quotient.

On the occasion of Sunny Leone’s birthday, we look at her more obscure Scream Queen appearances that you probably missed!

Aahat

Do you remember Sunny Leone appearing in a special episode of the SET show Aahat? She played an actress named Leila who finds herself stalked by a Freddy Krueger like entity in the reboot take of the iconic horror series. Sunny Leone Birthday Special: A Versatile Style Capsule of Her Chic, Glamorous and Ethno-Cool Moments From Homegrown Labels!

I Eat Your Skin

This 2019 Australian horror film feels more like a movie shot on hand-held camera with some very bad acting. Here’s what the IMDB premise reads for the film – “A group of international photographers journey to photograph a rare bird in the Philippines. When one of them finds a corpse clutching a strange talisman, he becomes host to a vengeful spirit and to prey on his fellow travelers.” But there is an even bizarre story about this. This movie is a recycled of an old adult movie of the actress called Black Shama, that was made even before Leone entered Bollywood!

Pirate’s Blood

An Indo-American production, this horror adventure thriller has a mix of Indian and American actors, and is about a vengeful pirate’s ghost and a treasure trail. Sunny Leone is one of the treasure seekers, and the movie sees her getting stripped a couple of times, trying to seduce her disinterested partner and then killed by a zombie.

Mega Scorpions

A pretty B-grade creature flick the genre which we usually watch downing a few beers, Mega Scorpions is about a bunch of scorpions who monstrously big and kill a bunch of humans. Sunny Leone appears towards the rear end of the film, in the epilogue and she doesn’t last really long. Credited in IMDB as ‘Hot Tub Hussy’, her brief appearance involves appearing in a towel, disrobing herself to appear nude and then get killed brutally by a scorpion.

Zareen has always been admired for her beauty, but with the increase of the of social , the actress also started becoming a target of trolls quite often. Zareen was trolled for her weight gain, where many have body-shamed her to a great extent. The actress, however, did not pay any heed to these trolls. She always made sure she gives it back to the who are commenting about her weight amongst other things, and shut them completely.

Today, as the actress is celebrating her34th birthday, we are taking a look at 5 times she shut these trolls with her savage replies. Take a look:

Social Media is a Curse

Talking to  ETimes, the actress had once opened up about social media trolls and said, “Well, social media is a curse as much as it is an advantage. Unfortunately and some people, rather than showering their favourite celebrity with love,  just write nonsense. I think these are the ones who are frustrated with their lives and because they can’t raise their voice wherever they are, they come and remove their frustration on social media under faceless usernames. Why would you take these people seriously?”

Stretch Mark Warrior

Zareen was once trolled for posting a picture where she was flaunting her stretch marks. She replied to a troll saying, “For people who are very curious to know about what’s wrong with my stomach, this is the natural stomach of a person, who has lost 50 kgs of weight, this is how it looks when it is not photoshopped or surgically corrected. I’ve always been someone who believes in being real and my imperfections with pride rather than covering it up.”

Thought on Body Shaming

In an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Khan gave a befitting reply to people who body-shamed her.  “I didn’t feel the need to use them (photo editing app) because I don’t believe in hiding my imperfections. As a teenager, I weighed over 100 kg and when you lose 50 kilos, your skin tends to get loose and leave stretch marks. I’m proud of what I have achieved. It’s not about becoming picture-perfect for people but for myself,” said Zareen. Anushka Sharma Comes in Support of Zareen Khan After She Gets Body-Shamed: ‘You’re Perfect’.

Never Pay Heed To Trolls

While many people have trolled Zareen for one thing or another, Zareen is all about self-love. She had once shared a throwback picture of herself on Instagram from her school and college days. She wrote a heartfelt message on body shaming and said, “Came across these pics of mine from school and college days. (White one was in std 9th & pink one was right after my std 12th exams). When I look at these pics I feel proud of myself today not that I felt any lesser abt myself back then. In spite of being so big, I never let ppl’s comments or ideas abt me bother me. Bcoz it’s my life and my body and only I have the right to decide what I’m gonna do with it.”

Always Strong Headed

Zareen has always been vocal about her struggle with being overweight as a student. She likes to share her experience with her fans to normalise this issue. She posted a picture once and talked about her fight with being heavyweight in school. Talking to IANS about the same topic, she revealed, “It didn’t bother me then and doesn’t bother me now. I have always been extremely strong-willed and will never shy away from talking about how I feel. I am very grateful to the people who have supported me through my journey and the ones who haven’t, have only made me stronger.”

Zareen Khan is truly an inspiration and we love the fact that she is all about the self-love. Join us in wishing her a very happy birthday.
