Bigg Boss 14 Weekend Ka Vaar Preview: Salman Khan Asks Rubina Dilaik to Pack Her Bags and Leave

Another Bigg Boss 14 Weekend Ka Vaar is upon us. Salman Khan did not turn up Saturday, for the reasons best known to the channel. Rumour has it that Weekend Ka Vaar will take place over Saturday and Monday. Well, in the promo for the Saturday’s episode we see Rubina Dilaik going at war with Bigg Boss. Rubina is unhappy that Bigg Boss was allegedly derogatory towards the freshers. She opts out of Weekend Ka Vaar. Salman Khan lashes out at Rubina. He tells her if she has so much of a problem then she should leave. Bigg Boss 14 October 17 Episode: Rahul and Jaan’s Sing-Off, Hina Calls Rubina a Winner – 5 Highlights of BB 14.

Well, this is not the first time when a contestant has took a stand against Bigg Boss. In season 7, Gauahar Khan walked out the show when she did not agree with a decision. She not only came back but also won the show that season. We hope she gets where Rubina is coming from. Although, Salman says that “insult to abhi hui hi nahi”.

Gauahar and Hina had praised Rubina on the last episode. They said that they saw a winner in Rubina. But Sidharth Shukla disagreed. Bigg Boss 14 October 16 Episode: Sidharth Shukla Roars, Jasmin Bhasin Wins Against Nikki Tamboli – 5 Highlights from BB 14.

Speaking of Sidharth, he will also get an earful from Salman, reportedly. Salman will question why was he biased towards Nikki Tamboli when Jasmin clearly had more water in her glass at the end of the immunity task.

Salman will also reprimand Rahul Vaidya for using the ageist language for Eijaz Khan. Well, and, of course, one of the contestants will make an exit from the show. Jaan Kumar Sanu’s father Kumar Sanu has tested positive for COVID-19 so he might also receive the news.

Bigg Boss 14: Colors Issues Apology After Jaan Kumar Sanu's Remark on Marathi Language Spark an Outrage

On one of the recent episodes of Bigg Boss 14, contestant Jaan Kumar Sanu, son of popular playback singer Kumar Sanu, made a remark about the Marathi language. The allegedly unsavoury remark did not sit well with the people from the Marathi speaking belt of the country and sparked online outrage. Now, the general entertainment channel, Colors, on which the reality show airs, has issued an apology on the matter. In Bigg Boss 11, Hina Khan had come under fire for making remarks about the South Indian film industry and how it treats the actresses. Bigg Boss 14: Jaan Kumar Sanu Gets Threatened By MNS Film Division President Ameya Khopkar For His Comment on Marathi Language (View Tweets).

In its a statement, the channel wrote, “We at Colors apologise for the remarks in relation to the Marathi language made on Bigg Boss episode aired on Tuesday, 27th October. We had no intention of hurting sentiments of people of Maharashtra.” Let us hope the controversy calms down now. Bigg Boss 14: Karan Patel Calls Rahul Vaidya ‘Bigg Boss 14’s Big Trash’, Says ‘Mardon Pe Bhi Zor Aasma Liya Kar’ (View Posts).

Check Out The Tweet From Colors Here:

In the episode, on again off again friends, Jaan Kumar Sanu and Nikki Tamboli are having a rough day. Nikki starts talking in Marathi to co-contestant Rahul Vaidya. So, Jaan, who doesn’t understands Marathi, asks her to speak in Hindi if she has the guts. “Marathi mein mat bat mere samne, chidh hoti hai mujhe,” he tells her. Nikki assures him that they were not talking about him.

To be noted, Jaan simply might be saying that he is irritated when Nikki speaks in Marathi so that he doesn’t understand it. His words might not be a remark about the language at all.

The Best Short Film award went to the Iranian film “Better Than Neil Armstrong”, while “Baitullah” was adjudged Best Film With A Social Cause. The three-day event included personalities like Luke Mendes, Brahmanand Singh, Sushant Singh, Danish Renzu, Tanuja Chandra, Saleel Shriniwas Kulkarni, Mikhil Musale and Swanand Kirkire. Several topics like drug use, the mafia, Bollywood as judged by the media, and the future of Indian cinema in the Covid era, were discussed. The film festival, based in Boston, USA, was held virtually this year, from October 16 to 18. “I was very nervous at the start but then eventually we felt comfortable. It was very different and sometimes difficult, doing a virtual film festival, but it was a new way to learn,” said IIFFB founder and festival director Razia Mashkoor. Talking about the festival, judge Rohit Chandra said: “Although our annual film festival is typically in person, the virtual format allowed us to organise several Zoom panels, bringing together Bollywood icons and film lovers alike to debate salient film-related topics. The virtual format also allowed the viewer to enjoy IIFFB’s film selections from the comfort of their own homes.”

To this, another judge Suraja Menon Roy Chowdhury shared: “The breadth of creativity displayed, as well as the topics showcased in the submissions was impressive. With film entries from 11 countries, we were able to glimpse different cultures as well as appreciate the talent present in both independent and commercial cinema globally. This was truly an International Film Festival!” The dates for next edition of the film festival were also announced. Next year, the festival is scheduled to be held from September 24 to 26.

Bicchoo Ka Khel Trailer: Fresh Outta Mirzapur, Divyenddu Sharma Digs Into UP Flavour Again (Watch Video)

AltBalaji has released the trailer for the upcoming series, Bicchoo Ka Khel. Fresh out of Mirzapur, Divyenndu Sharma stars in this one as yet another character with the flavour of UP. The trailer doesn’t reveal the plot, but a murder mystery drives the narrative. While it may sound grim and serious, the treatment of the trailer is anything but. There are ’90s songs galore as background music. “Saat Samundar Paar” plays at an important juncture, giving the footage the necessary pump. Mirzapur 2: Munna Bhaiya Rap Song Featuring Divyendu Sharma Is Dripping With Desi Swagger (Watch Video).

There is quirky comedy peppered all over the trailer. Smartass comebacks, witty dialogues and characters being funnily obnoxious – this might remind you of Wassepur series. But, Bicchoo Ka Khel looks more jovial than the Anurag Kashyap films.

The toughest thing will be for fans of Divyenddu from Mirzapur. They’ll have to somehow look at him in a completely different light despite having similar shades in the character. Let us see if Divyenddu is a strong enough actor to convince viewers. Mum Bhai Trailer: Angad Bedi’s Crime Series on ALTBalaji Looks Gripping (Watch Video).

Watch The Trailer for Bicchoo Ka Khel Here:

Bicchoo Ka Khel streams from December 18 on AltBalaji and Zee5. Anshul Chauhan, Zeishan Quadri, Mukul Chadda, Rajesh Sharma, Satyajit Sharma, and Gagan Anand also star in the series.

Talking about the series, Divyenddu has said, “I am really excited about the series as I got to play a character which I was looking for a long time. My character Akhil is an intelligent youth who is a fan of pulp fiction. The trailer is fast-paced and turned out to be really well crafted. The story and characters are nicely written, that it reflects in our performance on screen. I am really looking forward to the response of the viewers and fans who have always loved the characters which I have portrayed.”
